Did your my.HR Administrator ask you to sign up for an Employee Web Account? You may do so by clicking at the sign up link in the Invitation Email that your HR.my Administrator sent to you.
If you still haven't received your invitation email, please check your junk mail folder or ask your HR.my Administrator to invite you again.
